This professionally-refurbished Smart-UPS 3000 Rackmount 5U unit is designed to offer a greater runtime and enough power for several small servers. Like other Smart-UPS units, it provides a visual display of the load and battery charge as well as any actions the UPS is currently taking. The unit has one serial port allowing it to communicate power statistics to your computer. It comes with brand-new batteries as well as one Smart communication cable. The Smart-UPS 3000 Rackmount 5U also includes a SmartSlot, which may be used with a SmartSlot card (see Managment Devices for more information). Also, this particular unit includes an expansion port for one additional battery. Unlike the Smart-UPS XL units, this unit will only take one additional 48 volt battery pack, which is available in our online store. This unit comes with a 1 year warranty.
